How To Request Assistance:

In the event of an emergency , use the /rescue command in chat with the following format:

/rescue [details]

This will transmit your name, current position, timestamp, and provided details to our Park Rangers via Discord. A Ranger will dispatch an SAR team to you as quickly as possible. If we have any questions regarding your request, we will message you in Persephone.

Persephone's Park Rangers are your server admins. They play a vital role in assuring your gameplay experience remains stable and enjoyable. This is a volunteer position and a Ranger response is not guaranteed and this "rescue" service should not be relied upon as a definitive means of safety or aid in Persephone. If you need help and cannot raise a Ranger in-game, please use our member support page to pursue the help you require.
